Turns the orthogonal drawing mode on or off.
Orthogonal mode restricts pointer movement to be parallel to the X-axis or the Y-axis of the coordinate system. For example, when ORTHOMODE is set to 1, and with the default 0° orientation (angle 0 at the "three o'clock" or "East" position), lines are restricted to 0°, 90°, 180°, or 270°.
