System Variable NOTIFYDATALINK

Determines whether to display the Data Link icon () in the notification area when you open a drawing containing data links.

Data link notifications appear when data links in the current drawing have been updated.

Values

0	Does not display notifications.
1	Displays the Data Link icon in the notification area when there are data links available for the current drawing. Does not display a balloon message.
2	Displays the Data Link icon in the notification area when there are data links available for the current drawing. Additionally, it displays a balloon message when data links have been modified.
